Lease on. Stay independent.
You're in control.
Leasing to Eagle Axis doesn't make you an employee. You run your business under our authority, with our freight and our tools behind you.
You decide when you run
Set your own schedule. Take the weeks you want, go home when you say. Dispatch plans around you, not the other way around.
No forced dispatch
Turn down a load and nothing happens. No penalty, no pushed-to-the-bottom, no lecture.
Percentage pay, in writing
88% of every load. As rates go up, your check goes up with them. The percentage is on your lease, not in a recruiter's head.

Programs that put money back in the truck.
Fuel AI in the Strivie app
Every load comes with a fuel plan: where to stop, how many gallons, and what you save versus filling up wherever you happen to be. It's built into the app, not a spreadsheet.
Fuel card discounts
Fleet pricing at major truck stops through our fuel card, with purchases itemized on your settlement.
Breakdown help
Break down on the road and dispatch works it with you: finding a shop we trust, getting you towed, and keeping the load covered so you don't eat the delay alone.
Insurance through the program
Insurance through our program at $350 a week, deducted on the settlement. Nothing to shop for on your own.

Requirements & questions
Before you lease on
Everything a recruiter would tell you on the first call, in writing.
Have a recruiter call meWhat are the minimum requirements to lease on?
23 or older, a valid Class A CDL, at least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience, a clean MVR with no major violations in the last 3 years, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
What are the truck requirements?
2015 or newer, passes a DOT inspection, sleeper berth, and ELD-capable. We help with the ELD setup at orientation.
Do I need my own trailer?
No. We provide a brand-new 53 ft dry van for $200 a week. Bring your own if you prefer; the rent simply doesn't apply.
How does percentage pay work?
You keep 88% of the linehaul on every load. Eagle Axis keeps 12%, which covers dispatch, billing, and back office. There is no separate dispatch fee.
What comes out of my settlement?
Four fixed charges, every week: trailer rent $200, ELD $50, IFTA $50, insurance $350. That's $650 total, itemized on every settlement. Fuel is your purchase.
Is there forced dispatch?
No. You can turn down any load with no penalty.
How and when am I paid?
Weekly, by direct deposit every Friday, for the previous week's loads. Your settlement is in the Strivie app before it hits your account.
Do you take teams?
Yes. Team owner-operators run the same lanes and the same 88%.
How fast can I start?
Orientation in Lisle takes one day. Most owner-operators get their first load within 48 hours of finishing it.
Can I talk to a current owner-operator first?
Yes. Check the box on the form and we'll connect you with a driver already leased to us.
